Many of us have had difficult times in our lives where the day seems unmanageable, the burden seems too big, and the way forward seems unclear. At these time is can be helpful to have a space to reflect, learn about ourselves, and build skills needed to move forward. My passion is come along side people in this journey, creating a safe therapeutic environment in which clients can engage in this vulnerable, and at times, uncomfortable work.
